Terms of Service

Welcome to UniverseAI Studio. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website nonax.site and any related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by UniverseAI Studio ("we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• If you are between 13 and 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under applicable laws.

BYOK users supply their own third-party AI provider API key (e.g., Freepik). You are responsible for managing your own API key, including its credit balance and usage limits with the provider.

PAYG users top up balance through our integrated payment provider and are charged per generation. Charges are deducted from your balance at the moment a generation request is submitted to the AI provider.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
• We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by failure to keep your account secure.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, threatening, or harassing
• Generate child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — strictly prohibited and reported
• Generate non-consensual intimate imagery or deepfakes of real persons without consent
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of any third party
• Generate content for fraud, scams, phishing, or impersonation
• Generate political disinformation, election interference, or hate speech
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to circumvent the Service's protections
• Use automated tools or bots to abuse the Service or generate at scale beyond fair use
• Resell or redistribute the Service's capabilities as a derivative product
• Upload malware, viruses, or any malicious code

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, and to report illegal content to relevant authorities.

• You retain ownership of the source materials you upload (images, videos, text prompts).
• You own the rights to the AI-generated output, subject to the terms of the underlying AI provider (e.g., Freepik) and applicable copyright law.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any source material you upload (including third-party images or footage).

• PAYG pricing for each model is shown in the dashboard before generation.
• Prices may change with notice; existing balance is honored at the original rate at top-up time.
• Top-ups are processed via our payment partner (Lynk.id).
• Refund Policy: Top-up balance is non-refundable except for:
  • Failed generation attempts (auto-refunded to balance)
  • Service-side errors that prevent processing
  • Verifiable duplicate top-up payments
• BYOK subscription fees are non-refundable after activation.

• The Service is provided "as is" with no uptime guarantee.
• We may suspend the Service for maintenance, upgrades, or in response to issues with third-party providers.
• The Service depends on external AI providers. If a provider is unavailable, generation may be delayed or fail. In such cases, PAYG balance is auto-refunded.

Each user is limited to a maximum number of concurrent generation tasks (currently 5) to ensure fair resource allocation. This limit may change without notice.

Generated videos are available for download for 30 minutes after completion, after which they are automatically deleted from our servers. You are responsible for downloading and storing your generated content during this window.

The Service, including its software, branding, and design, is the intellectual property of UniverseAI Studio. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without prior written permission.

The Service integrates third-party AI providers, payment processors, and infrastructure services. Each is governed by its own terms and policies. We are not liable for issues caused by third-party services.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT GENERATED CONTENT WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS. AI-GENERATED OUTPUT IS PROBABILISTIC AND MAY CONTAIN INACCURACIES, ARTIFACTS, OR UNDESIRED RESULTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNIVERSEAI STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE LAST 30 DAYS, OR IDR 100,000, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UniverseAI Studio from any claim, demand, loss, or damages, including legal fees, arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the Service in violation of applicable laws
• Content you generate, upload, or distribute
• Your infringement of any third-party rights

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will cease immediately
• Remaining PAYG balance is non-refundable in cases of termination for violation of Terms
• Your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy

You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after revisions means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
